Common questions
How soon can I expect the first profiles?
For most roles, we share an initial shortlist within 24 hours. We draw on our freelance network and our AI-assisted matching tool. We speak with each freelancer by phone before recommending them to you.
How do you choose which freelancers to recommend?
We review each freelancer’s portfolio and confirm their availability. A call helps us understand how they work, what they were responsible for on similar projects and how they could fit into your team.
What does weknow.ag offer beyond a self-service platform?
We know our freelancers’ strengths, specialisms and the teams they work best with. We recommend people for your particular project and stay in touch with you and the freelancers until the work is complete.
Is there a charge if I don’t choose anyone?
No. You can review the profiles without commitment. You owe nothing until a project starts.
How is your fee billed?
Our fee is included in the daily rate we quote. You receive a single invoice from WEKNOW.AG and pay only for the days actually worked.
What if the freelancer isn’t the right fit?
We check in with both you and the freelancer throughout the project. If the arrangement isn’t working, we’ll discuss it with you and, if needed, propose a replacement as soon as possible.
Do you support both short and long assignments?
Yes. Whether you need a few days of extra support or someone in a key role for several years, you get the same follow-up from our team.
